The nearest bus route is the 20, 20A, X20 which runs between Sunderland and Durham. This stops at Stoneygate outside of the Landrover garage or old Stratstone garage. Down at the Farm is then a short walk up the lane. Please be aware that there is limited access to paths up this lane.
