What an amazing summer holidays we have had - the weather has been fantastic and we have welcomed so many new families to the farm who have enjoyed their day! Once the holidays are over we start planning for the next season - its breeding season for the deer which means the boys start to become more territorial over the ladies! During the week, when we are closed we will be health checking all animals, carrying out routine grooming, medicating, checking on new calves, plus visits from the horse dentist and farrier for the donkeys hooves. This will keep them in tip top condition for the cooler months ahead. Its also time to sort out any new accommodation and fencing which we haven't had time to look at over the summer. We are still open every weekend in September/October plus we are now planning Halloween half term which will be here very soon. Enjoy going back to school everyone:) Check our opening times here...
