Things to know before you book...
- The Santa experience lasts approximately 1 ½
hours. Upon payment you will receive a confirmation explaining the format
for your session. Please arrive 15 minutes early for registration.
- Please refer to our FAQ’S
section for further information.
- If you are bringing small children please dress them
in suitable clothing to keep them warm, especially hands and feet!
- We regret that we are unable to admit visitors to the
experience who have not pre booked/paid unless there are spaces available
on the day.
- Tickets are non-refundable. We regret that we cannot
transfer tickets without one month’s prior notice.
- Each person receives a hot drink as part of the experience.
