Down at the Farm is a real working
farm located in 20-acres of beautiful rural countryside
close to Houghton-le-spring - with good road links
from Sunderland, Durham, Washington, Middlesborough
and Newcastle. With a family history of farming going
back five generations we can offer visitors a truly
unique day out in the countryside, accessible from
most North East locations.
We are famous for our daily activities
where visitors can get up close to the animals- heres
just a few of the things you could be doing on your
visit...
| Down at the Farm
was Inspired by the two young children of Catherine
and William Weightman - the company founders.
Our aim is to offer you and your children a unique
and educational day out - A Real Farm Experience
for the Whole Family, the first of its kind in
the region. |
